This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Puzzle Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you install or play Whisker Mosaic, visit its product page, or contact us about the game.
The separate askaraypss.store Privacy Policy continues to apply when you use our website or other apps.
2 Information the Game Handles
Game progress and preferences
Whisker Mosaic stores puzzle progress, unlocked levels and challenges, timer availability, and settings such as music, sound, and vibration locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account.
Analytics and technical information
The game sends limited analytics to our self-hosted OpenPanel service, including screen views, puzzle starts and completions, level or challenge progress, feature use, session information, device or app version, operating system, and timestamps.
Device identifier and coarse location
OpenPanel processes a device identifier so events from the same installation can be understood together. Our server also receives your IP address as part of normal internet communication and may use it to determine an approximate or coarse location, such as country or region. We do not collect precise GPS location for analytics.
Information you provide
If you email us for support or a privacy request, we receive the contact details and message content you choose to provide.
3 How We Use Information
We use this data for analytics: to understand screen use, puzzle starts and completions, gameplay progression, feature performance, and technical reliability, and to improve Whisker Mosaic. Analytics data is not linked to a user account and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4 Advertising and Purchases
The current release of Whisker Mosaic does not display third-party advertising. Analytics data is not used for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. If advertising or paid features are introduced in a future release, this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated before those features are used.
5 Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. Analytics is processed through our self-hosted OpenPanel service. Limited information may also be processed by infrastructure providers that host our website or technical systems solely to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and our services, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
6 Retention and Security
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the game. Analytics and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7 Children’s Privacy
Whisker Mosaic is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not require an account, public profile, chat, or direct submission of personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
8 Your Choices and Rights
You can reset locally stored progress by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Because the game does not require an account, we may need limited information to locate a relevant analytics or support record.
9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the game, our practices, or applicable laws change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
